Barker's Christmas Rolls

Golden, warm, and full of flavor, they’re perfect for Christmas brunch, appetizer platters, or any holiday gathering that calls for something deliciously indulgent.

Ingredients:

• 1 Lb of ground beef
• 1–2 tbsp of Barker’s Korean Style Soy Sauce & Marinade
• ½ bag of stuffing mix
• 7 rashers of streaky bacon
• Brie (sliced)
• 1 sheet of puff pastry
• 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
  2.  Mix your sausage meat, stuffing, and Barker’s Korean Style Soy Sauce & Marinade
  3. Roll out your puff pastry and layer streaky bacon across it.
  4. Add the sausage mixture on top and lay slices of brie along the centre.
  5. Roll up tightly, seal the edges, and brush with egg wash.
  6. Cut into rolls, place on a baking tray, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
