Place ribs in a large Ziploc bag. Add marinade, seal and shake gently to coat ribs well. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Heat half the oil in a large high-sided skillet on medium-high. Cook ribs in batches for 2minutes each side, until caramelised, adding more oil as required.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds, to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Korean potato salad (gamja salad), cucumber salad (oi muchim) and kimchi.
Grill Option
As per stove top (oil not needed).
Broil Option
Set oven to broil and preheat. Broil ribs (oil not needed) in a single layer near the top of the oven, until caramelised. Flip over and cook the other side. Watch carefully to avoid burning the ribs!
