These Smokey Pork Ribs take time to cook – but it’s worth every minute!

  • Potato salad
  • Coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Place pork ribs in an oven-safe dish. Pour Barker’s Korean Garlic Soy Style BBQ sauce on the ribs and use a spoon or your hands to coat all over, saving some for basting. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or even better, overnight).
  2. Preheat oven to 180ºC bake. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2 hours, until tender. Set oven to grill. Remove foil, baste ribs with extra marinade and grill for a couple of minutes, until slightly caramelized on top.
  3. Delicious served with potato salad and coleslaw!
Tips
  1. You can barbecue the ribs if preferred. Cook over medium heat, basting regularly, until tender.
